Six-Month Limited Warranty
Eligible new products include a six-month limited VL AUTOMOTIVE warranty beginning on the delivery date. It covers a verified defect in materials or workmanship present during the warranty period.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear, road hazards, impact, punctures, curb damage, corrosion caused by chemicals or neglect, overloading, improper pressure, incorrect fitment, racing, commercial misuse outside the product specification, unauthorized repair or modification, incorrect installation, or failure to follow vehicle and product instructions. Installation, balancing, alignment, towing, downtime, loss of use and other labor or consequential costs are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
How to make a claim
Email info@vlautomotive.com or call +1 (802) 209-6481 with the order number, product and variant, delivery date, description of the issue, installation details and clear photos. Do not continue using a product that may be unsafe.
Inspection and remedy
We will provide claim instructions and may require professional findings or return inspection. If the claim is accepted, VL AUTOMOTIVE may repair, replace or refund the affected product as appropriate. We cover reasonable return and replacement shipping for an accepted claim. No item should be discarded or returned until instructed.
Any verified manufacturer warranty is additional and is described on the relevant product listing; we do not claim manufacturer authorization or coverage that has not been confirmed. Safety recalls and suspected safety defects are handled promptly in cooperation with the manufacturer and applicable authorities.
Coverage across vehicle-parts departments
The six-month limited warranty applies to eligible products across wheels, tyres, suspension, exterior, performance, engine, lighting, drivetrain, interior, cargo and workshop departments. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, incorrect installation, modification or unsupported fitment; installation and other labor are not included.
