VL AUTOMOTIVE’s Fitment Guarantee is designed to give customers a clear written answer before purchasing. It applies only when our team expressly confirms in writing that the exact selected product and variant fit the vehicle information supplied by the customer.

Before ordering, email info@vlautomotive.com, call +1 (802) 209-6481, or use the contact form. Include the vehicle year, make, model, trim, drivetrain, brake package, current tyre and wheel size, suspension or body modifications, intended axle position and the exact product/variant. We normally respond within one business day, but complex or modified vehicles may need more time.

What express confirmation means

The guarantee applies when VL AUTOMOTIVE sends a written message identifying the vehicle details and exact product/variant as suitable. General website copy, collection filters, search results, size labels and automated suggestions are not express confirmation. Size alone does not prove fitment.

If our written confirmation is wrong

Contact us before mounting or using the product. When the supplied vehicle information was complete and accurate and our written confirmation was wrong, we will provide a suitable replacement where available or an eligible refund, with no restocking fee and reasonable return shipping paid by VL AUTOMOTIVE.

Important exclusions

Unless expressly included in the written confirmation, the guarantee does not confirm TPMS sensors, lug nuts or bolts, hub rings, spacers, valve stems, tire chains, custom bodywork or compatibility after changes to brakes, suspension, hubs or vehicle height. Professional test-fitting and installation remain required.
