These Terms and Conditions govern use of vlautomotive.com and purchases from VL AUTOMOTIVE, 1251 Burgess Rd, Bennington, VT 05201, USA. By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Products and fitment
Product titles, images, specifications, price, quantity and availability are provided to help customers select the correct item. You must review the selected variant and vehicle requirements before purchase. Only an express written confirmation under the Fitment Guarantee is covered as a VL AUTOMOTIVE fitment confirmation.
Orders and payment
An order acknowledgement is not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for suspected fraud, unavailable stock, address restrictions, obvious pricing or content errors, or inability to verify payment. If an order is cancelled after cleared payment, the affected amount is refunded. Manual-payment orders remain pending until funds clear and may be cancelled after 48 hours if unpaid.
Pricing, taxes and errors
Prices are shown in USD. The checkout shows the product subtotal, shipping and applicable tax before submission. Free U.S. standard shipping applies as described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. We may correct an obvious error before fulfillment and will offer cancellation and refund if the corrected price is not accepted.
Delivery and risk of loss
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days, subject to the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law upon confirmed delivery to the address supplied. Customers must provide an accurate deliverable address and inspect shipments promptly.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 15 days after receipt and inspection. Eligible products include a six-month limited warranty. The separate policy pages form part of these terms.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing. You may not interfere with security, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, submit false information, misuse content or infringe VL AUTOMOTIVE or third-party intellectual-property rights. Normal search-engine and AI-agent crawling that follows robots directives is permitted.
Payment disputes
Contact us promptly to resolve an order concern. Fraudulent chargebacks or knowingly false disputes may be challenged with order, payment and delivery records. Nothing limits a customer’s lawful payment-dispute rights.
Law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. and Vermont law. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
