After fulfillment, use the tracking link in the shipping-confirmation email. The link shows the latest carrier scan and estimated delivery information.

Sign in using the email address connected to the order. Your order history and available order-status links are shown after Shopify verifies access.

Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. Contact us if there has been no carrier movement for two business days or if the shipment is marked delivered but cannot be located.

Multi-category orders

An order containing wheels, tyres or other vehicle parts may be fulfilled in separate packages or by freight. Each package can have its own tracking event and delivery date; the order status is updated as fulfillment information is added in the Shopify admin.
