Shipping and Delivery
VL AUTOMOTIVE provides free standard shipping ($0.00 USD) to delivery addresses in all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international checkout or shipping.
Delivery estimate
The estimated total delivery time is 5–7 business days after order confirmation and cleared payment. This estimate consists of approximately 1–2 business days for order processing and 4–5 business days for carrier transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders received after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time are treated as received on the next business day. The estimate can change for address problems, weather, carrier disruptions, unusually large orders or products that require freight handling. We will contact you if a known delay affects the order.
Destinations
Free standard shipping includes Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. territories are not included unless checkout expressly accepts the address and displays a shipping option. PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and locations that cannot accept oversized freight are subject to carrier and product limitations; contact us before ordering if this applies.
Carriers, freight and tracking
The carrier and service are selected according to the product, package size and destination. Oversized tyres, wheels or multi-item orders may travel by freight. Tracking or freight-contact information is sent to the email used at checkout after dispatch.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the shipment before mounting or using any item. Photograph visible packaging or product damage and contact info@vlautomotive.com or call +1 (802) 209-6481 promptly with the order number. If tracking shows delivered but the shipment is missing, check the delivery location and contact us so the carrier process can begin.
Address changes
Contact us immediately after ordering. An address cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for accurate and complete delivery information.
Product-category delivery notes
These delivery terms apply across wheels, tyres, suspension, exterior, performance, engine, lighting, drivetrain, interior, cargo and workshop products. Oversized, freight or multi-item orders may ship separately.
